Great job on the Pho! And I will agree with you, this wasn’t that hard of a challenge, but that’s OK since I am utterly failing the Daring Bakers Challenge this month.

I agree with your comments on the challenge…and with Jamie’s that it was a really tasty soup! I am hoping for something a little more “daring” next month! This was my second challenge and neither of them were really what I thought I would be cooking for this! We shall see in a few days what November has in store for us!

Interesting comments about the Daring Cooks but I understand completely. Even if you didn’t “dare” anything and didn’t find this a proper challenge, you did get a tasty soup perfect for the season out of it.
