Michael, lemon curd is hard to describe. It's a thick lemony spread, made from lemons, eggs and sugar. Here is the recipe for lemon curd.

Glad you liked it, lemon and blueberry is a great combination. I am thinking that as per the original recipe it would make a great loaf cake – I am going to try it soon
