Improve Your Food Blog
I am interested and have been ever since I started writing a food blog in how you (and I) can use technology to make the people who visit our blogs happier. To make them want to return again, to comment, to follow you on Twitter and to become part of your readership. In the worst case, if they never darken your door way again I don’t want it to be for the wrong reasons.
Somehow amongst the all the posts on how to take good photographs, on recipe writing, on how to perfect macarons, nobody ever seems to write posts on how to make your blog design and software work for you. It sounds boring I know, but a poorly designed website can be just a big a turnoff as a picture that doesn’t really bring your dish to life.
Hopefully most of the tips I write about will be useful to everyone who has a blog – not just a food blog. Also I hope my tips will help you whatever blogging software you use, although I use WordPress
All posts I have written, can be found in the list below. I love comments – if you try any of the tips, let me know, I’d love to hear from you.
