Goodshoeday – yup it is just a make your own Tunnock’s tea cake, I think I’ll probably continue to buy them, but it is nice to know that I have tried – given a few more attempts I probably could have got something a little prettier too, I just couldn’t face anymore marshmallow! Definitely not giving up quite yet

Tartelette – Thanks for the encouragement, still getting into the swing of this! Glad someone else agrees with the seasonal argument!

Wow – sounds hard and all to make a homemade version of what look like Tunnock’s tea cakes – weird. You have my huge sympathy. I shall stick to buying the commercial ones should I happen to fancy a marshmallow and chocolate moment.
Don’t give up just yet maybe next months will be more fun.
